FixForge

Terms of Service

FixForge · Forge Metrix LLC

FixForge is a digital product owned and operated by Forge Metrix LLC. By using FixForge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Effective date: October 22, 2026 · Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

FixForge is an artificial intelligence-driven diagnostic assistant. All generated guides, blueprints, difficulty tiers, 3D diagrams, and repair steps are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute certified professional engineering, automotive, mechanical, or construction advice.

2. Assumption of Risk

Physical repair, fabrication, and construction work are inherently dangerous. The User assumes 100% of all risks associated with performing any physical task, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, financial loss, or data loss. FixForge, its founder, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided.

3. No OEM Affiliation

FixForge is completely independent. All brand names, product models, and trademarks (including but not limited to Apple, Toyota, Carrier, Midea, etc.) referenced within the application are the property of their respective owners. FixForge is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

4. Mandatory Safety Compliance

Users must adhere to all local codes, OSHA safety guidelines, and manufacturer instructions. If a conflict arises between a FixForge suggestion and an official manufacturer safety warning, the manufacturer warning must always take precedence.

5. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use FixForge for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, keep your password and recovery links private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through our contact page. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; this does not limit rights applicable law gives you concerning unauthorized activity.

6. Your uploads and permission to process them

You retain any ownership rights you have in photos, descriptions, measurements, feedback, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload that content, including permission from identifiable people where required. Do not submit confidential third-party information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

You grant Forge Metrix LLC a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process your submitted content, including through service providers and AI services, as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve FixForge. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. Processing, retention, and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use FixForge for unlawful activity, upload content that infringes others' rights, distribute malware, harass others, evade access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's account or private information. Do not use guidance to bypass safety devices, licensing requirements, or mandatory inspections. We may restrict or remove content and suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, legal obligations, or safety and security risks.

8. AI output and service limitations

Suggestions, calculations, measurements, estimated costs and times, diagrams, and instructions can be incomplete or incorrect. Outputs are informational estimates, not verified diagnoses, code approvals, guarantees of repair success, or proof that a procedure is safe. Independently verify equipment identity, measurements, load limits, compatibility, and manufacturer instructions before acting. Stop and consult a qualified professional if the task exceeds your training or equipment. FixForge is not an emergency service.

9. FixForge intellectual property

The FixForge name, service design, software, and other service materials are owned by Forge Metrix LLC or its licensors, except for user content and third-party materials. You may use the service and its guidance for lawful purposes under these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant rights to third-party trademarks. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

10. Paid features and third-party purchases

If paid features are offered, the price, billing interval, renewal conditions, cancellation process, and applicable refund terms must be disclosed before purchase. Those purchase terms apply together with these terms; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Product links may lead to independent retailers and may earn us affiliate commissions. Retailers, not FixForge, handle their product sales, shipping, returns, warranties, prices, and availability. See our Affiliate & DIY Disclaimer.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixForge and its guidance are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that guidance will resolve a problem, that estimates will be accurate, or that the service will be error-free. Warranties and statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

12. Limitation of liability and statutory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forge Metrix LLC, its founder, and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on FixForge, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the same extent, their aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid Forge Metrix LLC for FixForge during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation and the risk provisions above do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limits; in those jurisdictions they apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms waives non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Ending use and service changes

You may stop using FixForge at any time and request account deletion through our contact page. We may modify or discontinue features or suspend or terminate access for the reasons described above. Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes or termination. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred, rights already accrued, or provisions that by their nature survive, including intellectual property and liability limitations. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.

14. Updates, applicable law, and contact

We may update these terms and will identify the effective date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable method where required; any legally required consent will be obtained.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings related to FixForge or Forge Metrix LLC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

These terms do not override mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Questions or concerns may be sent to Forge Metrix LLC at contact@fixforge.app or through the FixForge contact page.
